When you register or log in to the FitEnjoy APP, you can create an account using your mobile phone number, and we will collect certain personal information: your height, weight, age, and gender, which are used to calculate your BMI and calorie consumption. You also have calculation products, and your user information will also be used to calculate related body data, including BMI, body fat, muscle, water, body shape, visceral fat, body fat percentage, obesity level, basal metabolism, fat weight, protein, bone mass, body age, and lean body mass. If you want to make full use of the various sharing features we provide, you will also need to create a publicly displayed profile, which will include your nickname and photo (optional).
You can also log in to and use the FitEnjoy APP with third-party accounts (including Huawei account, WeChat account, QQ account, and Apple account). You authorize us to obtain the public information allowed by the third-party platform (avatar and nickname) to bind it to your FitEnjoy APP account, allowing you to log in directly and use this product and related services.
Based on the specific permissions you grant during the installation and/or use of the software, we will receive and record information related to the device you use (for example, device name, device model, device identification codes (including Android_ID, MAC, Serial Number, UAID, hardware serial number UUID), mobile application list, identifiers, operator network type and other hardware information). This information is used for device compliance, resolving user issues, and providing a better user experience. Device information is used for internal purposes such as bug tracking, data analysis, research and development, and statistics related to the use of our products or services, so as to better improve our products and services.
When you use the products or services provided by our client or website, we will automatically collect detailed information about your use of our services and save it as relevant network logs. For example, your search content, browser type, browsing history, IP address, and access date and time.
When you use location-related services, we may record the location information of your device to provide you with the relevant services. When you use the services, we may obtain your geographic location information through IP address, WiFi, or base stations. With your authorization, our client will upload the images you actively upload to the server for storage. We may extract the file name and version number from your device and upload them to the server in an encrypted manner for processing and storage. With your authorization, when you use the camera function to upload images, videos, and other content, our client may obtain information from your mobile phone camera. If you refuse to provide the permission and content, it will only prevent you from using this function and will not affect the normal use of other functions of the FitEnjoy APP. At the same time, you can cancel this permission at any time through relevant function settings. Once you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect this information and will no longer be able to provide you with the corresponding services. Unless you delete your information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not affect the processing and storage of information based on your previous authorization.
If you already have related hardware devices (including smart nutrition scales, body fat scales, and other smart devices) and wish to sync the information recorded by the hardware products (including but not limited to weight, body fat percentage, etc.) to the FitEnjoy APP, you can do so by enabling the Bluetooth function. If you refuse to enable it, it will only prevent you from using the relevant functions of that device and will not affect the normal use of other functions of the FitEnjoy APP. At the same time, you can cancel this permission at any time through relevant function settings. Once you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect this information and will no longer be able to provide you with the corresponding services. Unless you delete your information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not affect the processing and storage of information based on your previous authorization.
In relevant business functions, we may need you to enable other access permissions of your device. Enabling any permission means that you authorize us to collect and use the relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding services. Once you disable any permission, it means that you have canceled the authorization, and we will no longer collect and use the relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, nor can we provide you with the services corresponding to that permission. Please carefully consider the information content you upload, publish, and exchange through our services. In some cases, you can control the scope of users who can view your shared information through the privacy settings of some of our services. You can delete the information you upload, publish, or share at any time. When you use the AI assistant, in order to provide the AI service, we will send your input content to Alibaba Cloud for processing, but we will not send your personally identifiable information or other personal information.
